Hi, I’m Heather – a yoga teacher, personal trainer, women's circle facilitator and tarot reader based around the beautiful hills of Todmorden, Hebden Bridge, and Rochdale. I’m passionate about holistic health and supporting others on their journey through health, movement, mindfulness, nutrition, and circle therapy.
My aim is to help people reconnect with their inner power, support their mental and physical health, and grow in confidence, whether through grounding yoga, sharing space in a circle, or strength-building personal training that develops resilience, endurance, and self-belief.
I am trained in Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama, Ayurveda, Fitness Instructing, Personal Training, and Circle Facilitation. All my offerings are tailored to meet you where you are.
